With our highly knowledgeable staff of technicians we always insure that every unit is pre-tripped and performance tested prior to delivery to ensure the best operation of every machine. Upon delivery a technician will hook up your container and will go over the basic operations of the refrigeration unit. And in the event of an emergency we have technicians on 24 hour on call. At artic containers we have taken great steps such as these to make certain that your product stays at temperature.
Servicing and fueling for power generators
We offer onsite servicing and fueling for any power generators that we supply. Our technicians are all gen tech trained and certified. Please contact us for rates.
Reefer servicing
If you own a refrigerated container that is a Mitsubishi, Daiken or Carrier unit we offer onsite servicing, please contact us for rates.
Service contract (not for rentals)
If you are planning on purchasing a unit we also offer limited time service contracts to cover your unit for the future. We highly suggest purchasing a service contract with your container to keep your container running at it finest. Service contracts not only covers preventive maintenance but everything from Freon levels to amp readings.
-contracts can be purchased as a single evaluation or as a warranty covering the unit from 3 months to 2 years.
